Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their orders before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so at the earliest opportunity to avoid being charged.

Smart Structure and/or the seller may also cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if fraudulent or invalid details are detected, or if circumstances beyond our control prevent fulfillment of the order, including technical or logistical issues. In such cases, customers will be duly informed.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within seven (7) working days from the date of cancellation or approval of return. Refunds will ordinarily be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In the case of cash on delivery orders, refunds may be provided as store credit or coupons at our discretion.

Certain products and services are strictly non-refundable, including digital goods, vouchers, services already rendered, and products damaged due to misuse by the customer. Refunds will not be provided where delays or failures are attributable to the customer, including provision of incorrect delivery information or failure to accept delivery.
