Shipping Policy

All orders placed through the Smart Structure Platform are shipped by sellers through third-party logistics providers. Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at the time of placing the order, but such timelines are indicative only and may vary due to location, traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping services are currently available only within India and may be limited to specific geographies as determined by the seller or logistics partner. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and ensuring that they are available to accept delivery at the designated address.

Smart Structure shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk and responsibility for the products shall transfer to the customer upon delivery. If the customer instructs the delivery partner to leave the product unattended, Smart Structure shall not be liable for theft, tampering, or damage thereafter.

In the event that a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, the customer must notify Smart Structure within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide proof, including photographs or video evidence. Resolution shall be provided in accordance with the seller’s return and refund policy.
