These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.
Platform Role
The Platform is intended to act only as a facilitator between customers and sellers. Smart Structure is not the manufacturer or seller of any product listed on the Platform. All responsibility for the accuracy, quality, condition, and timely delivery of the products rests solely with the seller.
User Obligations
Users are required to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders, and any misuse of the Platform will be treated as a breach of these Terms. To access and use the Platform, you must be at least eighteen years of age.
If you are acting on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you are duly authorized to bind such entity to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity carried out through your account.
Prohibited Activities
Users shall not engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to:
- Uploading harmful, obscene, or fraudulent content
- Infringing third-party rights
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform
Smart Structure reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Reconciliation
All transactions, payments, and dues arising between sellers and Smart Structure shall be reconciled once every calendar month. The reconciliation statement shall be considered final and binding unless a written objection is raised within seven days of receipt.
